Join us for the 7th annual comedy show sponsored by the MIT Alumni Club of Atlanta featuring the Georgia Tech Finalists from the National College Comedy Competition on Saturday February 4th, 2012 at the Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant in Midtown Atlanta. The show is from 8:00pm to 9:30pm and doors open at 7:00pm so you can enjoy dinner or a drink before the show.

Also joining us is special guest, and MIT Alumnus, Michael Dowe. A hilarious Atlanta comedian, Mike was in course 21 (where all the Humanities are jammed into one department at MIT). That makes him a geek who can actually communicate.

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

The midtown Atlanta Gordon Biersch has a great selection of food, beer and drinks (see menus below). Tickets are $10 for MIT Alumni Club members and their guests that purchase tickets in advance (see on-line ticketing below - choose the $10 ticket option for guests of alumni club members), and $15 for non-members and at the door. This show is sponsored by the MIT Alumni Club of Atlanta, but is open to the public so normal people can enjoy the fun too. The show is recommended for patrons 18 and over unless your kids are already in therapy.

For the 7th year in a row, your host will be Georgia Tech Prof. by day and comedian by night, Pete Ludovice. Pete is an MIT Alumnus, and more importantly,the only guy that will work this event for free. As always, we will be doing a bit of comedy karaoke where we give out prizes to the best audience joke. Make sure to bring you best nerdy (or non-nerdy) joke.e

Order tickets in advance below for $10 each for MIT Alumni Club Members using VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS or buy tickets at the door for $15 in cash or credit card. Non-members can also buy tickets in advance on-line for $15 per person to guarantee a seat.

ON-LINE ticketing is closed, but there may be some seats available at the door if you get their early (doors open at 7pm)
