A FUN & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM EXAMINING GENDER DIFFERENCES IN HUMOR
Thursday February 25th, 8-10pm, Brittain Rec

Brought to You by the Think Big Program

Co-sponsored by by the Women, Science and Technology and Humor & Innovation Living Learning Communities

Do men and women respond to humor differently? Why do we refer to jokes as appropriate or inappropriate for mixed company? The Georgia Tech Think Big Program takes on these questions during an evening of inquiry, laughter, and fun. Join us at 8pm on Thursday , February 25, 2010 , at Brittain Rec.

The Women, Science, and Technology and Humor and Innovation Living and Learning Communities invite all interested Georgia Tech students and faculty to explore gender differences in humor and have fun while we're doing it. Following a brief introduction to scientific literature on this subject, performances by local comedians and improvisation artists will provide perspective and examples. The same comedians will participate in a panel discussion with the Georgia Tech Community on the topic. Refreshments will be provided.
